I work within the Human Resources Team as an HR Assistant. I spend most of my time running the induction process for new starters, which starts from raising the offer paperwork to the induction itself on their first day. I make them feel welcome with a nice breakfast to kick start a fun packed day and arrange for them to go out for lunch with some of their new colleagues.

I follow all of our new starters progress beyond their induction day to ensure they are settling into the company and I am always looking for opportunities to continuously improve HR processes. I love the variety that my role offers me and working with the great people here at Conchango.

I have made some great friends in the time I have been here and always have a laugh when I'm at work!
