I work with my colleagues and their managers to keep everyone's pay correct and sent to the right place before their direct debits start arriving! Another big job is calculating all the consultant's productivity bonuses each quarter, not that I am jealous...

I also work closely with Human Resources to keep on top of the steady influx of joiners and to make sure everyone is up-to-date with the wide range of benefits we offer on top of the basic salary. I work part-time too, flexibility which I really appreciate.
