Regardless of whether we're working to Agile or waterfall principles, my job's the same: get under the skin of the client and represent their needs to the team, whilst supporting the team to deliver on realistic expectations.

I help build happy, empowered teams to deliver value to my clients' businesses. These teams are often a mixture of Conchango people and client people, and I love this intermingling because it builds a strong partnership on which to deliver successfully.
